How much will it cost?

Please contact us for a free quote, normally we reply with your quote on the same day. We strive to find the most cost effective solution for you, which will be tailor made to your budget. You have the option of starting small and growing your software as your business grows.

How long will it take?

This depends entirely on the size of the project. Normally our software development takes between 1 and 3 months. As part of our free, no-obligation quote, we will give you a completion date.

Can DataSwift software integrate with the current software I have?

If your current software offers integration then our software will be able to integrate with it. We will be happy to investigate integration with your existing software.

We have successfully built software that integrates with NetCash and Pastel.

Will my data be secure?

Sensitive data can be encrypted within the database and our software applications are password protected, requiring the user to log in. When software is hosted on the Internet, there is the option to encrypt the communication in a similar way as online banking sites do. We treat the sensitivity of your data seriously and we also educate our software users on security.

Will I own the software?

Our normal arrangement (the same as most software development companies) is that you will own a license for the use of the software for as many users within your organisation as you need, we keep the source code and the ownership of the software. This arrangement enables the software to be more affordable for you. If you want to purchase the ownership of the software that can be arranged.

Our license fees are a once off payment and there are no recurring licensing fees.

How long will DataSwift's software be supported?

We don't stop supporting the software we develop, our support doesn't expire after a set period of time.
